Product tour

See Cirrofy do the work.

A walk through the real app: the dashboard, a sale from quote to invoice, and a purchase from request to order. Recorded from the real app, not mocked up.

Dashboard

Start the day on the numbers that matter to your role.

Your dashboard starts from a layout picked for your role — owner, sales, accounting, HR, projects or manufacturing. Switch layouts, add widgets, and drag them where you want them. Every figure comes straight from your documents.

Sales

From quote to invoice without retyping a line.

Build the proposal once. When the customer accepts, the sales order is created from it. Invoice the order and the lines, prices and customer carry over. The invoice gets its permanent number when you validate it.

Purchasing

From request to purchase order — with your vendors in the loop.

Staff ask for what they need. A manager approves — by default, not the person asking. Approved requests combine into one request for quotation, vendors answer through a link without creating an account, and you award the best quote straight to a purchase order.

Your vendor's view

Vendors open a private link, enter prices and lead times, and submit. No login, no account to create.

Compared with QuickBooks, Xero and Odoo

Where Cirrofy is stronger.

Built in, not bolted on

QuickBooks and Xero can get here — through a higher tier or a separate add-on. In Cirrofy it’s the same login and the same database, with nothing to sync.

Purchase requests with approval

Staff request, a manager approves, and approved lines turn into an RFQ or a PO. By default, the person asking can’t approve their own request.

QuickBooks: PO approval workflows on Advanced; requisitions through add-ons. Xero: PO approval by role; requisitions through add-ons. 1234

Quote → order → invoice

Each step is created from the last, so lines, prices and the customer carry forward.

QuickBooks: sales orders on Plus and up. Xero: sales orders in the Inventory Plus add-on. 56

Stock in several warehouses, at weighted-average cost

See stock by warehouse. Every receipt updates the weighted-average cost, and every sale is costed at it.

QuickBooks: costs inventory by FIFO, not weighted average; locations need a third-party app. Xero: multi-location in the Inventory Plus add-on. 789

Vendors quote by link — no login

Each vendor gets a private link to your RFQ. They enter prices and lead times; you compare the quotes side by side.

QuickBooks and Xero: not built in. Odoo: the buyer types in each vendor’s prices. 11412

Not something an add-on fixes

These come from how the system is built.

No gaps in your invoice numbers

Drafts carry a temporary reference. The permanent number is assigned when you validate, so the sequence never skips.

QuickBooks: numbers are set when the invoice is created and, with custom numbering on, can be edited. 10

Light and dark mode

Work in light, dark, or follow your system setting.

QuickBooks web: no dark mode. Xero web: not on its current roadmap. 1314

On your phone

Works in your phone’s browser.

Cirrofy runs in any modern browser, so the dashboard and your documents are there when you’re away from the desk. There’s nothing to install — a native app isn’t built yet.
