Is Cirrofy really free right now?
Yes. Paid plans aren't live yet, and we haven't set up a payment processor. While we're in preview, the whole product is free — no card, no trial timer.
When will paid plans launch?
When the product is ready. We're building toward sales, inventory, ledger, audit trail, and the core ERP loop first. We'd rather charge later for something that works than charge now for something half-built. Preview users get notice before we publish pricing.
What happens to my data when pricing launches?
Your data stays. We'll give you advance notice, publish the plans, and let you choose one or export your data — one-click CSV and JSON, every record. We don't lock data behind a paywall.
Will I be grandfathered into a discount?
Preview users get a founding rate when paid plans launch — better than list. We'll publish the exact mechanics (duration, scope, what happens on upgrade) at the same time we publish the plans, so you can decide with the full picture.
What can I actually do during preview?
Run real work on Cirrofy: sales orders, inventory, invoicing, ledger entries, audit trail. Anything marked 'Coming' on the site isn't ready yet — but the core ERP loop is there. The honest test is to bring your real numbers and see if it holds up.
Can I import from my current system or spreadsheets?
Yes, for the modules that are live. CSV import for products, partners, and opening balances. Direct connectors to other systems are on the roadmap, not shipped.
