What's the difference between Cirrofy and Xero or QuickBooks?
Xero and QuickBooks are accounting tools. Cirrofy is a full ERP — it handles inventory, sales orders, purchase orders, and the ledger as one connected system. If you've outgrown your accounting tool but don't want enterprise-ERP cost, that's the gap we built into.
Why should I choose Cirrofy over Odoo or Zoho?
Both are capable. Both also charge per module, gate features behind upgrades, and are tuned for larger teams. Cirrofy ships with the full SMB feature set in one tier and prices fairly for that depth.
Can Cirrofy handle manufacturing or project-based work?
Yes. Manufacturing work orders roll material and labor into a real per-unit cost, so you know what each build actually costs. Job orders run project-style work — with its own budget, billing, and margin — without bolting on a separate tool.
Can I invoice and buy in more than one currency?
Yes. Sell and buy in any currency, and Cirrofy records the conversion and the realized gain or loss against your base currency. Recurring billing runs on a schedule, so repeat invoices raise and post themselves.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. We provide a one-click export of every record (invoices, customers, products, ledger) in CSV and JSON. You get 30 days post-cancellation to download.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are running on real data within a day. Import your customers, products, and opening balances from CSV. We'll help if you get stuck.
Can I import from my current system or spreadsheets?
Yes. CSV import for customers, products, invoices, and chart of accounts. We're adding direct importers for Xero and QuickBooks.
Is my data secure?
Daily backups, encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, and a defensible audit log. Hosting on tier-1 infrastructure.
