Cirrofy provides businesses with access to Cirrofy ERP powered by Dolibarr, a cloud-hosted enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) solution. Services may include access to modules for finance, human resources, project management, and other business functionalities. Cirrofy.com uses third-party software, including SureCart, to operate its online store and process transactions. In addition to paid subscriptions and free trials, we may also offer free demo instances of Cirrofy ERP. These demo instances are shared environments with limited functionality and administrative privileges, intended to allow prospective users to familiarize themselves with the user interface and basic features of the system.
2.1 Eligibility
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. By registering an account, participating in quizzes, or accessing demo instances, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration and Management
To use our services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate information about yourself and your business.
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including information provided in quizzes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or quiz access with false or misleading information.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Cirrofy ERP powered by Dolibarr is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
4.1 Plan Options
Information about our available subscription plans, including pricing and features, can be found on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans and pricing at any time.
4.2 Subscription Term and Renewal
Your subscription term will be either monthly or annual, depending on the plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current term unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
4.3 Free Trials
We may offer free trials of our services to new users. Free trials may be offered to users who qualify through a quiz or directly. The terms of any free trial, including the duration, any limitations, and qualification requirements, will be clearly stated at the time the free trial is offered.
4.3.1 Quiz-Based Qualification
To qualify for a free trial through a quiz, you must complete the quiz and meet the specified criteria. We reserve the right to determine the qualification criteria at our discretion. Submitting a quiz does not guarantee a free trial. We will notify you if you qualify and provide instructions on how to activate your free trial. All information provided in the quiz must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may disqualify you from the free trial or result in termination of your account or quiz access.
4.4 Free Demos
We may offer free demo instances of Cirrofy ERP to prospective users. These demo instances are shared environments with limited functionality and administrative privileges.
4.4.1 Demo Instance
Access Access to a demo instance is provided for the sole purpose of evaluating Cirrofy ERP. You may not use the demo instance for any other purpose, including but not limited to, commercial use, data processing, or storage of sensitive information.
4.4.2 Demo Instance Limitations
Demo instances have limited functionality and may not include all features available in paid subscriptions or free trials. Data entered into a demo instance may be shared with other users and may be deleted at any time without notice. We do not provide any support for demo instances.
4.4.3 Demo Instance Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to demo instances at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee the availability or performance of demo instances.
4.4.4 No Warranty
Demo instances are provided “as-is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of demo instances.
4.5 Billing Cycle
Fees will be charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel your subscription.
4.6 Payment Methods
We accept payments via PayPal and Maya. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees to your selected payment method.
4.7 Late or Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is late, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services until the outstanding balance is paid.
4.8 Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes to your plan will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Prorated refunds or charges may apply depending on the timing of the change.
5. Refunds
5.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under specific circumstances, as outlined below. Each request is carefully reviewed.
5.1.1 Subscription Fees
- New Subscriptions: If you are unsatisfied with your subscription within the first 28 days of service, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Requests must be submitted within this period.
- Renewal Fees: Refunds are generally not provided for subscription renewals, as reminders are sent in advance of billing. Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances.
5.1.2 Service Downtime or Issues
If you experience significant service interruptions or technical issues that impact your ability to use our service, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. This applies only if the issue is determined to be within our control and cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
5.1.3 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or were billed multiple times for the same service, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded in full.
5.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Setup Fees: Any one-time setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
- Customizations or Special Requests: Fees for any custom integrations, additional features, or special requests are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Partial Usage: Partial use of a monthly or annual subscription is not refundable unless a specific issue meets the eligibility requirements above.
5.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Contact support via our Contact Us page with your account details and a description of the issue.
- Reason for Refund: Clearly state the reason for the refund request and attach any relevant documentation (e.g., payment confirmation or error screenshots).
- Review Period: Once we receive your request, we will review it within 5-7 business days.
We may reach out to you for additional information if necessary. Approved refunds will be processed according to the timeline in Section 5.5 below.
5.4 Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds will appear as credits to your PayPal, Maya, or bank account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
- PayPal: Refunds processed to PayPal may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
- Maya: Refunds processed to Maya may take 5-10 business days to reflect.
- Bank Transfers: If a refund is processed to a bank account, the processing time will vary based on the bank’s policies.
5.5 Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, we aim to initiate the refund within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
6. Cancellation and Termination
6.1 Cancellation by User
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to our services until the end of that period.
6.2 Termination by Cirrofy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or quiz access at our discretion, especially if there is a breach of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment.
6.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, access to your account and any associated services will be disabled, and data may be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
7. User Conduct
By using cirrofy.com, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Use the service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
- Access or attempt to access our systems without authorization.
- Interfere with the operation of our site or service.
- Submit false or misleading information, including in quizzes.

- Use demo instances for any purpose other than evaluating Cirrofy ERP. This includes, but is not limited to, commercial use, data processing, or storage of sensitive information.

Cirrofy.com utilizes third-party software and services, including SureCart, to operate its online store and process transactions. These third-party tools are subject to their respective terms of service and licensing agreements. Specifically, Cirrofy.com uses the SureCart plugin for e-commerce and related functionalities within its online store. Users are encouraged to review SureCart’s terms of service and licensing information, available on the SureCart website.
8.2 Limited License for SaaS Access (Cirrofy ERP)
Your access to Cirrofy ERP powered by Dolibarr, our cloud-hosted enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) solution, is licensed solely for your business use in compliance with these Terms of Service. This license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. It does not grant ownership of Dolibarr or any other software used by Cirrofy.com to provide the Cirrofy ERP service, nor does it imply any proprietary rights beyond the respective licenses of those software components.
8.3 Cirrofy Content and Intellectual Property
All content on cirrofy.com not specifically related to third-party software (e.g., branding, custom designs, text, graphics, documentation, etc.) is the intellectual property of Cirrofy Services Inc. and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of this content without our explicit written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, the design and layout of cirrofy.com. The content available on cirrofy.com, including text, graphics, logos, quizzes, and other materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
